Pat and Phil are Co-Chairs of the PLS Endowment Campaign. Phil is a retired attorney with The Van Winkle Law Firm, and Pat is the retired executive director of CFWNC.

Joanne Gaylord

Joanne’s friendly face is often the first folks see as they enter the Asheville office. She has been Pisgah Legal’s receptionist for 20 years.
