Supreme Court Shuts Down ACA Challenge

Pisgah Legal’s COO Jackie Kiger spoke to WLOS News 13 about the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act (ACA) against a recent challenge. “We are seeing people that need quality and affordable health care coverage. It is literally life or death for some folks that have health care conditions and need to be able to see their doctor and get their medication and get the services that they need,” Kiger said.
