PLS staffers Nikki Mitchell, Latoya Gardner and Robin Merrell, in partnership with city leadership and nonprofits, helped secure a $631,667 grant to fund major improvements for 19 homes in Rutherford County, thus ensuring low-income homeowners can make needed repairs and stay in their homes.
