The deadline to file a 2019 tax return is quickly approaching!
There is more than $44 million in unclaimed tax money available to North Carolinians and time is running out to claim it. Taxpayers have until July 17, 2023, to file a 2019 tax return to claim their refund. After that date, the IRS will stop issuing 2019 tax year refunds.
