Pat and Phil are Co-Chairs of the PLS Endowment Campaign. Phil is a retired attorney with The Van Winkle Law Firm, and Pat is the retired executive director of CFWNC.

Thalia has been assisting clients who are immigrants through Pisgah Legal’s Justice for All Program for more than 21 years.
