Bearing Witness: Diocesan Helene Anniversary Eucharist

To honor the one year anniversary of Helene, we are holding a Diocesan Eucharist at Lake Logan Conference Center. This event is open to all with limited capacity, so please RSVP. There will be a lunch at no cost to follow. Please join us as we continue to heal and rebuild together.

We also want to hear your experiences from Helene. What are the stories from this time that we need to remember? Did your church serve as a resource hub in its community? Did they have community potlucks in the days, weeks, or months that followed? Were you or your business personally impacted by the storm? Did a friend come stay with you or did another friend take you in? Did you gather with neighbors around a grill to share food and resources? What are the lasting impacts in your community? We want to bear witness to stories of loss, hope, and our shared humanity.

Some stories may be used for a project at the Helene Anniversary Eucharist.
