The Yancey Long Term Recovery Group (YLTRG) and its partners have planned Disaster Recovery Resource Fairs in four local communities in August and early September.

All are welcome at these events and interpreters will be available to assist Spanish-speakers.

- Home repairs and rebuilding
- Roads and bridges
- Debris removal
- FEMA issues and insurance questions
- The Renew NC single-family homeowner assistance program
- Mortgage, foreclosure and property issues
- Disaster recovery case management assistance
- Landlord/tenant issues
- Financial and food assistance
- Landowner assistance along rivers
- Debris-removal jobs
- Home energy efficiency resources
- And more
