Many of our immigrant neighbors face extraordinary fear, uncertainty and isolation in the midst of a changing approach to immigration policy in our country.

Pisgah Legal Services assists immigrants in WNC through our “Justice For All Project” by helping eligible immigrants secure work authorization and legal status. 

But with only one attorney dedicated to serving immigrant needs in 17 of our mountain counties, Pisgah Legal Services is struggling to keep up with demand.

Recent events have been held across WNC to educate immigrants about their basic rights. Read about one held in Brevard recently in this Transylvania Times article.
