The Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyer (MAVL) Program, the Pro Bono Committee of the 28th JDB and the Association of North Carolina Women Attorneys (NCAWA) are extremely excited to sponsor an innovative two-part CLE as part of the inaugural ABA Pro Bono Celebration Week:  Domestic Violence 50B Training, and "Vicarious Trauma" Mental Health CLE for Attorneys.  Recent research shows that attorneys can experience symptoms of secondary trauma when dealing with high conflict cases or traumatized clients.  Registration is free if you agree to accept two 50B pro bono cases over the next year, or $75.00 otherwise. Register with Jennifer Foster, 210-3440; jennifer@pisgahlegal.org.  Space is limited but you may register for either session separately.
