Seeking General Poverty Law Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Providing representation and advice to clients in general poverty law, including housing, benefits, and consumer law.
- Preventive legal education and outreach.
- Frequent travel within sixty miles of our office.
Qualifications:
Law school graduate with North Carolina Bar license or license pending the results of July, 2008 North Carolina Bar Exam. Background in North Carolina general poverty law, experience working with low-income people, or Spanish-speaking ability would be a plus. North Carolina's driver's license required due to travel requirements.
Opening/Closing Date:
Open until filled. Attempting to fill position with a N.C. licensed attorney by August, 2008.
Salary/Benefits:
